Our team abstracts the challenges of config management to enable the deployment of Microsoft services to sovereign and air‑gapped clouds
Worked on designing, implementing and testing the CM solutions for M365 services deployed via containers on Azure Kubernetes Service
Implemented the pipeline for moving region-specific service configs from their repositories to a config store. These are fetched and stored in the K8 config map of the cluster during deployment. Configured monitoring and alerting scenarios for the flow using Prometheus and Grafana
This has simplified config file handling, allowed runtime config changes without redeployments and abstracted cloud sensitive configs

Worked on suggesting meeting subject line from a real‑time chat conversation with a meeting intent for the Microsoft Teams chatbot
Trained and tested machine learning techniques and models, including Azure LUIS, RAKE, YAKE, and LSTM neural network on the Enron Corpus
Accuracy of the models was measured using the BLEU score, and the most optimal model was integrated with the bot using Azure Bot Service
